and this principle is applicable in nature of telecommuting jobs. With multiple
advantages, there are some disadvantages of telecommuting jobs done from home
and these exceptions are need to be considered before adapting telecommuting as
a professional career. The nature of telecommuting job is offshore and most of
the jobs in this field come as outsourcing from abroad or for abroad. Sometimes
it remains difficult to develop content on the problems of a different country
and on their respective social and economic infrastructure.
There is an opportunity to work from home in telecommuting
jobs. But if some body considers to enjoy the home life as well as to run her
professional career without any struggle and without effective time management
it is not possible to excel in this streamline jobs. Apart from imposing a self
discipline line for on the telecommuting worker need to design her home
infrastructure in that way she gets the time to chase her deadlines in time and
catch hold of it.
The mode of service in telecommuting job is mostly
freelancing. Hardly there is any internal training module for the up gradation
of the skill or to minimize the weaknesses of a worker. This industry is a
tough place to exist and the worker has to implement skill and necessary
perfection by her own initiative.
As the telecommuting job module is entirely on assignment
basis after service benefit is not available in this profession. The insurance
and other accidental benefits, those are regularly enjoyed by the normal
workers, are not applicable here. Although depending on the expertise the
remuneration is quite lucrative in this industry, but for its allied factors
people still think twice to take this stream as a full time career.
There is neither any scope to enjoy earned leave if
you are not in direct pay roll of any company nor there is any provision for
medical benefit in case of medical emergencies.
